A 3-Month 1:1 Coaching Program

How many times in your life do you pause to evaluate how things are going? Is your life moving in the direction of your passion and purpose? Do you feel the way you want to feel? Do you wish things were different for you? If you answered yes to these questions, then this is a great time to participate in the MenoPAUSE program and move in the direction that you want. The MenoPAUSE 6-week program is fully customized for women undergoing “The Menopause.” That includes nutrition suggestions, exercise programs, sleep, pelvic floor health, and mindset training. Most Nutritionists, Coaches, and Personal Trainers do not know how to train the unique Menopause Metabolism and offer everyone the same diet and exercise recommendations. In this program, I will work with you and cover the unique challenges the menopausal woman faces, such as belly fat, sleep loss, hot flashes, weak pelvic floor, muscle aches, and brain fog, as well as old, outdated beliefs and patterns that are holding you back. When you work with me, it’s like talking to your best friend. I am also in “The Menopause” and have dealt with many of the above issues. It made me focus my training and research and ultimately create my program so that you can be transformed into the vision you want.

I am a National Board-Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, Certified Menopause Coach Specialist, ICF Coach, and Menopause Yoga Instructor. I specialize in the Menopause transition and beyond. This is an area many nutritionists, personal trainers, and coaches are not well-versed in. It is my passion to help women work with their bodies during these hormonal changes. I combine my advanced degree in behavior change and 500+ hours of female metabolism training and coaching. I utilize my combined experience as a Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Personal Trainer to co-create an individualized program that meets your goals.

In coaching, it is an alliance in which you are the authority on your life. Think of me as your personal coach and trainer for your mind and body. The goal is to meet you where you are and to co-create the perfect plan conducive to your unique physiology, psychology, and personal preferences.
