You can think of menopause health coaching as personal training for the mind. I will help you expand your thinking, notice patterns, block, and beliefs that are holding you back from achieving your wellness goals. I work with you on the seven areas of wellness, physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, environmental, social, and occupational.
In coaching, you are the expert on your own life. You are in the driver’s seat of this process and in our sessions we will harness your strengths, skills, and abilities, to set small goals that will get you to your wellness vision.
